The following general terms and conditions of sale detail the rights and obligations of HULAHU LLC and its customers in connection with the sale of goods available in its online shop.
Any service provided by HULAHU LLC therefore implies the buyer’s unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Although HULAHU LLC takes all reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website, it does not guarantee that the information or material on this website is up-to-date, accurate, error-free or complete. HULAHU LLC assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of this website, including information relating to product descriptions, pricing and availability. HULAHU LLC reserves the right to correct, amend or update the information on this website at any time without notice.

The prices of all products (books, board games, T-Shirts, etc.) are those in effect on the day the order is placed. The prices are in Canadian dollars for Canada (with the taxes in force in the province of delivery of your order), in American dollars for the United States, in Euros for Europe, in British pounds for the United Kingdom and in Swiss francs for Switzerland. HULAHU LLC reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, HULAHU LLC undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated at the time the order is placed.

The prices offered may include discounts that HULAHU LLC may grant in connection with the offers made. Promotions and discounts are governed by specific rules that are accessible from the pages of the website on which the discounts and promotions are advertised or when you register.

Orders are paid for by credit card. At the time of registration of the order, the buyer must pay 100% of the total amount of the invoice.

To access certain parts of the website, you may be required to complete an online registration form.

In consideration of your use of this website and the services it offers, you agree to provide true, current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the registration form provided to you by the website. You also agree to update your registration information as soon as there is a change to any information on that registration form.

As part of the registration process, you may be asked to provide a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password and username, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your password or user name on this website. You agree to immediately notify HULAHU LLC of any unauthorized use of your password or user name or any other breach of security.

The deadline indicated when the order is placed is only given as an indication and is in no way guaranteed.

Consequently, any reasonable delay in the availability of the products shall not give rise to the allocation of damages or the cancellation of the order in favor of the buyer.

In case of missing or damaged goods at the time of the order, the buyer must formulate all the necessary reserves upon receipt of the said goods.

HULAHU LLC accepts returns of new and unopened items. You can return them in their original packaging within 30 days of your purchase, with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

HULAHU LLC will only exchange goods that are defective or damaged. If you consider a product to be defective, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at hulahumakeithappen@gmail.com and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then advise you how to return the product.

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that all shipping and handling fees are at your expense.

HULAHU LLC cannot be held liable if the non-fulfilment or delay in the fulfillment of any of its obligations under these general terms and conditions of business is due to force majeure. Force majeure is defined as any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event.

HULAHU LLC does not warrant that the functions of its website will be uninterrupted, free of errors, viruses or other harmful components. In no event shall HULAHU LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or the content or services or the inability to use the same, even if HULAHU LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to American law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before a competent court.
